Heat: separate acclimatization, hydration, and pacing

These are related controls, but one cannot fully substitute for another.

Acclimatization

Heat acclimatization is a planned period of repeated heat exposure that can improve the body's response. It is not achieved by one overdressed run, and aggressive self-directed heat sessions can add strain at the wrong time in training.
